What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, a 24 notice must be given to avoid being charged. If you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend a scheduled appointment (no show), a fee of $100 will be charged to your account. A credit card is required at the first appointment, and this will be kept on file in case a cancellation or no show fee is charged.
